Carrot Tower is a 124-meter-tall skyscraper at Sangenjaya which is close by Shibuya. My friend brought me up for a magnificent view and best of all, it doesn’t cost a thing. In my opinion, the view is much better than Tokyo Tower or Mori Art Museum’s Observation Deck. There are ample seats for you to take it all in. There is a restaurant here and even a mini radio station. Charming!
