Halloween In Tokyo 2011

Cursed by an early morning flight, I could only resort to spending my remaining hours in Tokyo taking to the streets with my trusty D90. Arriving in Shibuya in the afternoon, you could already feel the energy of Halloween in the crowded district. It was only in the evening that it exploded with costumes of all kinds, mostly cheap ones from Don Quixote, not that it mattered.

The girls were gorgeous despite their slutty costumes on this International Dress-like-a-slut Day, that I couldn’t resist taking a photo with some of them. I dropped by places like Gaspanic and Coins Bar as I did not want to go further than Shibuya, but soon realised that you didn’t really need to go to any clubs or bars to enjoy Halloween. It was like the party took to the streets of Shibuya and I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.
