The rain can’t drench the party out…
When you enter the four-storey building, you drop a bomb of 3500 yen which includes two drinks. We were there at about midnight on a Saturday night and it started slow with the crowd steadily increasing. After putting my bag into the standard 300 yen lockers, we started exploring like a just-turned 18 year-old boy’s virgin club experience, past the restaurant on the first floor, heading straight up to start from the top. It was an open air chill out area which was pretty much the opposite of a party we were looking for.
Moving on to the third floor, it was a hip hop room, which numbers are pale in comparison to the second floor. The basement yielded the biggest share of the club’s crowd. Expect a huge crowd of foreigners and Japanese girls, with almost no Japanese guys. It’s not hard to guess what kind of results that dynamics produces.The guys to girls ratio in the club is about 60 to 40. The girls are seemingly friendly and would dance with you even if you look like you are the lead actor in Jersey Shore. The drinks are relatively expensive, at approximately SGD$15 per glass. Dancing and taking photos with random Japanese girls left me half-dead at about 430 am, passing smooching clubbers, shrilly drunk girls and the party doesn’t look like it’s stopping anytime soon.
